Need help with the brand new Acer Predator please

Hi, i got the new acer predator, first days all works perfect, but one day the pc doesnt boot vista. It say, reboot and select proper boot device.
I havent create the recovery dvd, i dont have time enought to do it. So i called acer support and they told me to press alt f10 to recover my system to factory and all. So alt f10 doesnt work. I have been looking for files using my dvd of vista 32 bits that i own, using the command promt. using diskpart.exe i located many hard drives and partitions. i found one partition called data (f) and there i found many of my videogames. Then i found a partition called PQservice, and i think that it is the hidden partition for recovery. Now i can acces windows files using the command promt. There a thing there called D2D and other AcerBoot.iso in c.
Is there a way to recover my system using the command prompt. PLease help mE!!!
