One has built in speakers, one does not. One is black (no speakers) and one is silver (with speakers). For gaming I assume you would want better sound than the 2x 1.5watt speakers on the silver monitor. You'd be using a good set of headphones or surround speakers. For connectivity the black model lists it's DVI as DVI-D with HDCP, the silver model just lists 1 DVI connector (does not specify DVI-D or HDCP). The black model lists it's power consumption as 55W, the silver lists only 44W. The silver model comes with an audio cable, the black model does not.
