i have Pavilion DV5-1112ea notebook

with internal mini pci wireless (Atheros AR5007EG) it support only A/B/G

i contact HP..if i can change my wireless..they told me yes u can

my question is...

since my mini wireless didn't support /N

can i have a mini pci wireless support A/G/N ??

Sure you can, though I don't know why you'd want to. I've never encountered an N network in my life. G is just fine for most things, and if you're pushing G, you need to be moving toward a cat 5 cable instead.
