6600gt no go with the ati tv remote wonder?

I have a 6600agp version card, i bought an ati remote edition pro and it has made my graphics card go wonky, it wont work properly, sets the colors down to like 4 bit as well as makes the res super low, anyone have any idea why this is happening? my video card also seems to think its in pci slot all of the sudden.

Try reinstalling your chipset drivers. If you still have problems, try moving the new card to another slot.
