reasonble surge protector for home theatre

i just got a pioneer 60" plasma (6020 - the non-elite) and it is amazing. since it is expensive, i want to make sure it is protected from electrical surges, but at the same time i don't just want the most expensive surge protector. i will also most likely need to plug in my receiver (hk avr635), sub (old infinity 10" ), dvd player and xbox360. i have two separate wall outlets so in past i used 2 different generic surge protectors and tried to divide up the load even though probably go to the same line anyway. what would you recommend?
