The above quote was listed on my PC screen, does anyone out there know what that means? It disappeared before I could get the meaning of it, is it harm ful? how can it be checked out, or deleted? is it harmful to my Pc? Why would some thing like that come up? A ex-federal prisoner is always trying to get on my line to mess up my PC, this is been going on for some time now, he is peeved at me for turning him in for extorting approx, approx $4000 from me. Thank you
