Which RAM for ASUS A7N8X ?

I am planing to uprade my current system RAM to 1G or more and hopefully be able to use the existing RAM module also. What my setup currently is is following:

ASUS A7N8X Deluxe motherboard
512MB CL3 DDR400 memory chip

I have planned to buy a new 1GB chip and install that together with the existing one. I read from Kingstons page that they do not support DDR400 for this board. I however planned to purchaes DDR400 CL3.

Anyone have any experience?

The brand is TakeMS. I bought it a year ago from Europe on a trip there. Like the board also.
