Partition Drive

Hello,
I accidentally removed the partition drive C: from my 17" Windows 7 DELL laptop when I was trying to find out why it was showing red after reinstalling the OP with the shipped Disk.
Please how can I bring it back.

Dell's come w/ restore CD ... put it in and let it do its thing.
