I have been sent a .FSO file attachment.

Can anyone please tell me how to open it?

It doesn't seem to be a standard extension.
http://filext.com/detaillist.php?extdetail=fso doesn't find it.

I would ask the person who sent it to you what it is.

Your best bet is to ask the sender.
