Hi there. I'm thinking of buying a BD laptop and possibly plugging it into a home cinema amp. Can these laptops bitstream HD audio over their HDMI outputs? Does it depend on the soundcard, or do they just tend to strip the cors DTS or DD of the disc before outputting over HDMI? From what i've been told, many of them just convert everything to stereo PCM. Is this right?
