the air coming out of the fan in back is very hot,no red lights and i have it out in the open..also is the fan supposed to blow out? or in? also i've recently cleaned it. any help will be appreciated thanks

It should draw air in the sides and blow out the back. Part of the issues (at least in my opinion) are the cheap heatsinks/components used in it's construction. They shuold have used copper heatsinks with more/longer fins. I would pay more for this.
