Which DVD Player is best from Best Buy?

First I want to thank my grandparents for giving me a nice gift card... Anyways I have a 7.1 surround sound through a A/V Receiver, and a Samsung T240 1080P display. I know there are many up converting DVD players. I would like to have your opinions of what players from Best Buy offer the best features and reliable. My top choices was the Toshiba for $100 and the Pioneer for $100. If you can compare and contrast these models that would be great, also my receiver indicates that it supports Bravia Sync, not too sure if the Sony DVD player is worth that feature.
