Hi Tom;

About 5 days ago we stopped receiving info on the TV Guide Listings on our 2 yr. old LG 37" tv. It only displays "No Listing" now.
We have Comcast service and they said we can only receive that w. their converter box--tho we've been receiving it for those 2 yrs.
Any thing else to reset that without a service call from Comcast?

Hi
I have a similar TV Guide reception problem on my 4 year old 50 inches Panasonic TV. It worked fine untill june,2009. I have cablecard plugged into the TV receiving all analog/digital channels from Comcast. I had few calls out to both comcast and Geeksquad, both could not find any problems. I treid again to redo the settings, with no improvement.

I see that comcast is broadcasting TVGuide on channel 11 and channel 111. When I pullout the cable card, channel 11 has no reception. I wonder if TVguide depends on analog transmission. If it is, then comcast would need to transimit TVguide in both analog and digital formats. This is just my thinking.

So it seems other people also have similar problems.

I appreciate any ideas which can fix this problem.

Ravi.
