Whats dells laptop insurance loophole

Hello,I knw that HP got an loophole like if you return your laptop more than 10 times or 5 dont really remember but you get a new one when u return it that much time only if you have insurance i was wondering if Dell got that anyone knws?...Please amd Thank you
