Hi -

I am completing my build: Q6600, 8800 GT, 4gb ram etc for a gaming machine.

I am onto LCD - Don't really want to spend the additional $300.00 now for a good LCD monitor, would rather wait till i see a great deal and jump on it then. In the interim, will my Samsung 56" DLP 1080P tv suffice? I can buy a dvi/hdmi cable from monoprice for $8 or so.

What are your thoughts?

56" monitor is kind of big. 22-24" is more practical for everyday computer use.
