Hi. I just built a new quadcore pc with windows xp sp3.

I installed the creative zen software from the cd and then tried to transfer the music from the zen to my pc. The progress bar got to 21% and just froze. After waiting so long i stopped the program and tried to load it up again.

My pc no longer picks up the zen and since this problem i get a message saying its safe to remove both my Pioneer DVD drive and my floppy drive why would it have done that?

Any ideas how to fix both those issues?
