IMedia 2215 starts up then shuts down

Got an 18 month old iMedia 2215 which suddenly refused to start up anymore. When the power button is pressed the computer starts up but within 5 secs of the fan starting it shuts down again. I have opened the casing replaced the PSU as I assumed this was the problem but still won't startup.

Anybody help?
