Favorites bar missing windows 7

I recently purchesed this computer and in my mail from yahoo I don't see my favorite bar tht should come up iith my sites that I go to in it. How can I get that back. Also when I first turned this computer on it had exploer 8 and now it shows9. I do not want 9 How can I fix this

Right click on the Menu bar and check "Favorites Bar". It's best to stick with Version 9 since it has some security enhancements. You should also try other browsers like Chrome or Firefox. You may find that you like one of them better.

Try right clicking at the top and making sure Menu bar is checked. You can also access Favorites with the star on the right side of the page.

IE 9 was downloaded as a update. It's better than 8 in my opinion.

I clicked on the bar and it did not work
