I want to install a graphics card into my desktop, but according to PC World that would void the warranty because I need to open it up. I was wondering if anyone knew if Packard Bell did anything like adding seals to the screws to tell if they've been tampered with. I was thinking that If not, I could install it and simply remove it if it ever needs to go in for repair. Thanks.
if your afraid of voiding the warranty then have a professional do it (which wont void the warranty). you can go to the computer store and they will do it for you, at a price...
otherwise you should check the screws to see if there are any seals over the surface. if not, then open at your own risk.
