I'm looking to buy a $400-$600 laptop sometime in between now and November. If I could, I'd hold out until Black Friday but I doubt I can. Other than the new super energy efficient SU processors from intel, I haven't seen much come out lately. When can we start seeing the next big line of technology come to market? I was told to wait till mid August when some newer stuff will drive the price down for the current tech but I dunno how reliable that info is because I got it from a Staple's salesman...I've been keeping an eye out for laptop deals over the past 3 months but haven't really seen any major price changes or deals that make me go Wow, I need to buy that now.
