I have a dell E310, which wouldn't boot after I cleaned it. After a while I moved the jumper to reset the CMOS and it worked, but whenever I move it back It wont boot again... what is wrong? Am I all right to leave it in the reset position?

leave the cmos jumper where it works. dont put it back then
