Is easy, go to your thread and in the answer that you like more, next to the name of the user, find the option that say "select as best answer"

You see, for example here I can choose your answer as the best answer, and in other sections of the forums to. but in the "Computer Peripherals" I just can't.

Oh, this is a specific problem, and i'm afraid that this problem must be consulting with some moderator, 'cause sound like a problem of the section.

Go here: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/ and in the Computer peripherals, in the right side say "moderator", select one and send a PM

There is a section called tom's hardware forum related. You can post forum problems there. Justinblue (administrator) is very good at responding to threads in there.
