You can use over-the-air antenna no matter what. You would just have to be able to have an input on your TV or computer tuner card to accept the antenna. There are *many* ways to do this. Probably the easiest way to figure out a way that will work for you is for you to post what your TV/cable setup is and we'll go through it.
