i have tried everything i can think of to get windows to open normal, but it keeps opening in safe mode and i am unable to update my system in safe mode. i have installed a new cd/dvd and my computer fails to download the software for the product. i need some help bad, cause i dont know anything about what i am doing and the more i try the worse it gets.
