Im ringing a family member in the uk from the uk, and the message i get when i call is '' This phone number does not accept incoming calls.'' can anyone please explain why? Im trying to gain access to my daughter through her mum and my parents have tried from her phone and I have tried through a phone box. Hellllllllp

Could be a few different issues.

1. They've turned on a block all incoming calls feature.
2. The phone company turned on such a feature (delinquent bill)
3. The phone is deactivated (was stolen, broken, etc...)
4. The phone is having technical problems.
