Need Speaker Advice Please!

I currently own a 2.1 Altec Lansing ATP3 speaker set, and for $80 i have never had speakers as nice as these. But after i purchased my X-FI Xtreme Music, i feel the need for some THX certified speakers. However, due to limited space, i am only looking for 2.1's.

Currently i was looking at these:

Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 $140 (at local store)

Logitech Z-2300 200 watts RMS 2.1 Speaker System ($140 at local store)

I'm leaning towards the Klipsch because of their superpior history of speakers. But i have heard good things about Logitech as well.

So please give some advice

Both are good speakers. I'd go for Klipsch, but that just me.

By the way i'm planning to use these for gaming (mostly) and some music/videos.

Is there any technical/spec difference between the two that would affect performance?

The Logetech Logitech Z-2200 is better than the Logitech Z-2300 and also the closest competition of Klipsch ProMedia 2.1.
