which is better for Raid: Maxtor or Western

I have one 160GB Maxtor and one 120GB Western Digital(both are 8MB cach). I am thinking to buy another HD to setup a raid 0. Would you please which one is better for Raid?

IMO, either. It depends on how large HD space you want.

Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.

Thanks for your thoughts. Personally, i like the WD. It runs quietly and faster. But i read a lot of people complaining the WD failed on them. I don't want the raid drive fail too often.

I have six hard drives in my system now, all of them western digital, half of them over three years old.

Western digital is a popular brand so when someone has a problem with a hard drive its likely to be a Western Digital just because there are so many out there.
