If batteries of a UPS become hot and bigger , and the time of producing electricity takes time. What may be the fault ?

Have you replace the battery? be it's more likely it's just the battery.

You can check with volt meter if the voltage your chargers producing is normal.

For 12V DC battery your measurements should be 11VDC to 14VDC with load and 12VDC to 15VDC without load.

I suggest you replace that battery anyway, it's dead and it doesn't hold the charge anymore and it may damage your UPS system all together.

The problem is not with the batterybecause I changed it recently. I think that the problem is about the UPS because the battery takes more energy than thresshold it means that UPS transferes more current, so the battery has to charge more than the threshold voltage and become bigger and gets hot. I changed the UPS and the problem solved. Thanks for your attention.
