Hello everyone,

I created a bartpe usb drive according to this tutorial:
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/windows-pocket,1113...

As far as I know I did it all right. The hp utility I did that format with dos files also.

I wanted to use driveimage xml and runtime software website dont provide the plugin anymore. I got the plugin after much request from my forum buddies.

I've followed all the steps in the guide but it always boots up in dos.

I read somewhere that I copy "ntldr" and "boot.ini" from my drive to flash drive. I did that it didn't work. I tried peinst>5>2 it didn't work. Please advise where am I wrong?

Next I tried formatting the drive without making it a dos bootable using hp disk format utility, still dont work.

I get ""Error loading operating system""

I tried changing boot loaders like this all give me above error. Plz help:

============1==============
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\minint
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\minint="Windows XP" /fastdetect

It could be due to the order that they are in.

Try to change the default to "multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\minint="Windows XP" /fastdetect "

I think the minint is the repair console.
