I just got an Canon HG10. I would like to hook it up through my laptop, which is an HP dv9000. The HP has a built in camera and a HDmi port. When I plug in the HDmi to Mini-Hdmi cord to the camera and to the lap top, I am not able to play the recording on my computer. Any ideas? I think I have to disable the built in camera. If this is the case does anyone know who to disable the built in camera?
