754 with twinX corsair?

Going for the 3400+ Newcastle 754 pin and the

CORSAIR XMS Xtreme Memory Speed Series, Xtra-Low Latency 184-Pin 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3200 w/ Platinum Heat Spreader, Model TWINX1024-3200XLPT - Retail

motherboard I was thinking of something in NForce4 but it looks like all i have seen is all for 939 pin

so probably go with 250gb board mybe one of the msi neo's

so anyway, will these sticks of memory mess anything up cause they are twins? Do I need to get something else?
