Remove the force shutdown option

Hello,
I have a workstation that when shutting down, displays the force shutdown option. I know why the message appears but I do not want others to have the ability to force the shutdown. We have a SQL operation running and when the shutdown is forced it corupts the database. How can i disable the force shutdown screen so the user does not have the option.

I don't think that is possible. When windows receives the shutdown signal it requests that each program terminates. If the program indicates it shouldn't shut down, windows will abort the shutdown. I suggest you update your program to notify windows it's not ready to shut down yet and when it is, have it send a new shutdown request to windows.
