Ok,yesterday I just got a Samsung 931bw 19inch Lcd after a week of order.After I plugged it then i'm turnin on my comp it work, ok never mind. And the picture quality amaze me when playing games but when it comes to watch movies it turnin like bu....****.The picture suck when I choose it to fulscreen.I use widescreen so the movie would become
wide.So, anyone know how to fix this problem so i can enjoy my movies with beautifull picture in fullcreen.

Your dvd player may not be hd ready. The aspect ratios of your lcd are fixed, so you may have to manually adjust the vertical and horizontal boundaries of your screen. Hd dvd players were close to $100 on black friday; probably twice that much normally.

forgive me, but who mentioned HD. If the OP is using HD then he should mention it.

It sounds like when you turn on full screen it is zooming in and it looks distorted. Is this a correct analysis of the problem? Does it look good when it is not maximized but grainy when it is?

It does look good when it is not maximize but when i turn it to maximize the picture look crappy.I'm using a 8800gts so I think there will be no problem.So, can someone tell me how can I fix this crappy picture.

Try using VLC media player and adjust the aspect ratio manually
