I was cleaning my room, and I didn't noticed my dvdrw pioneer 108 was near the fire. I noticed 15 minutes later that I can smell something strange. I saw a magazine almost burning near the fire, and dvdrw was so hot, that I almost burned myself down when I was removing it. Plastic (and else) was not melted, but the magazine was between the fire and dvdrw. I connected the dvdrw to my computer, and everything works fine. Now I am asking myself (and you), were there any parts that could melt down...?

Thanks.

If it works, it works.

OK it's your choice:
You can have the boat, or you can have the Mystery Box!
...Hey wait a minute! A boat's a boat, but a Mystery Box could be anything. It could even be a boat

I burned an old issue of a computer magazine called "Bug"
:)
I burned a couple of cd's. It works nicely. So I think there is nothing to worry about...
