Hello,
ive been trying to play games but it comes up wit video card too old but i cant seen to download any that are 32-bit that will run the games an also dose anyone know much about dual sceening???

Errr, for a start, downloading a 'video card' is impossible. The world wide web may be a wonderous thing, but it's not capable of downloading a physical object. We aren't into the 'star trek' days yet.
If you mean you need the drivers for you video card then you'll have to tell us what gpu (gpu=graphics processing unit, i.e. video card) you have before we can help.
If you mean you need a new gpu, you need to tell us your system specs, inparticular, your power supply (make and model) and your budget.
As for dual screen, lets deal with the gpu problem first.
