19" @ 5ms vs 17" @ 2ms for 200$

I want to get an LCD for gaming (I know CRTs are better, but I want an LCD) mostly for FPS so I don't want any ghosting. Would I notice a difference between 2 and 5 ms to make it worth getting a monitor that is 2" smaller? Also, any suggestions for an LCD monitor for 200$ (I know its not a lot to work with but I don't need a 24" widescreen or any of that crap)

I dont think the naked eye could even tell the difference between 2 and 5ms. Alot of 5ms monitors are advertised as good gaming monitors anyway so I think you would be just fine with 5ms.
