I've been going around looking at all of the customization sites I can find, trying to find/build the laptop I want. Unfortunately, I can't seem to do it!

I'm looking for a good Nvidia card, 1080p, a C2D with a 6 MB cache, and DDR2. The performance increase from DDR2 to DDR3 isn't worth the cost to me. Ideally I would be around/under 1500 bucks -- which should be possible since I can get a laptop WITH DDR3 for around that price...

The best deal I've been able to find so far is Dell's Studio XPS 16, though admittedly they have a 25% off sale at the moment. The only problems there are that they use DDR3 and offer a Radeon instead of a GeForce.

Anyone know any options that would be in my price range? If there's a prebuilt in my price range, that would also be awesome.

Thanks in advance.

This is the best laptop you can get for your price range, from my research.

It has one of the best, if not the best single Nvidia card that comes in laptops today. 1920x1080 rez!! Doesn't meet your 6mb cache requirement, but it's got all the rest. I've also looked at the 25% Dell offer that's going on. It's a great deal if you want to just go with the basics for about $1,000-1100. However, when you start trying to get upgrades like the laptop I linked you, your looking at well over 1300. Hope this helps!

I'm buying it soon :)
