I have an opportunity to buy a Dell XPS 630 with the following configuration for around $1200 U.S.

Is this a decent deal?

It is a good deal! I have a Dell XPS 630i that has different specs than yours and was about $2000! Best investment I ever made! Great bang for the buck!
