I just got XP Home with SP2, and got it installed. Now FS2004 has LOUSY frame
rates, despite a VERY high end videocard, and the sim crashes after a few
minutes. Is this an SP2 problem, or is there something I need to change in
FS? If its and SP2 problem, how do I remove SP2, since it came onboard with
the new XP disk?

Please help, I'm going through MAJOR flight sim withdrawals here!

Erv,

You might want to post this message on the AVSIM forum (www.avsim.com).
Registration is free, and you may get a "specific to FS 2004" response.
