Help in upgrading my Sony DSC F717

I currently own a Sony DSC F717 and absolutely love it! Ive had it for nearly 8 years and have taken thousands of photos with it. I have always been happy with the excellent quality of the photos and family members always comment on the quality as well. I have to say there are alot of options on this camera that I do not use. I chose it because I take alot of photos of my daughter myself, rather than going to a professional studio. And because I love the Night Shot capability and use it alot to take night photos of wildlife, as we live in a rural setting. I take the night photos through a window of deer and bear 15 yards away and they turn out decent. (grainy, sure...but still decent enough for our enjoyment) My newer Sony video cam wont even take Night Shot through a window. Overall , I am super happy with this camera. I am only looking at replacing and/or upgrading because I have never had a camera last 8 years, and I am trying to prepare for the day this one decides to quit. Would I be crazy to buy another F717 online in like new condition? Or should I look at a F828 or H9? I really would like to get another Sony with the Night Shot capability. Is there another model that has that option that Im not aware of? Any advice would be appreciated.
