my picture was taken november 3, 2009..but i want to change it november 4, 2009..how do i do it with my pictures saved in my pictures saved at my documents

If you are talking about changing the meta data date/time taken you can use something like photoshop elements or bridge to change the date and time. If you do not have those try this http://www.friedemann-schmidt.com/software/exifer/

If you are talking about a date stamp directly on the image you will need to fire up a photo editor and stamp the date out or crop it out.

Right click the image > Properties > Details > Click Date Taken > Edit > Click OK.
