I am in need of some assistance and or guidance.

The unit I have developed an interesting problem - the overdrive light starts to come on when there is no input signal and gradually goes full on with total digital feedback; bypass, reset the chip non of this has worked. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thank you in advance for any help.
