Try the plasti-dip spray. Krylon also makes one. find them at Lowe's or
Home Despot.

Enamel-based - won't work well on soft plastics.

GW primer - keep on hearing problems with the GW spray cans so I don't use
them.

I have used car spray primer (acrylic) on HaT figures with no problem, so
perhaps all you need is a change of paint.

I also use simple car spray primer without problems..

BUT IMPORTANT : Remember to clean your plastic miniatures before that
in ammonia water or if you dont have that - in similar wash detergent.
This to make sure grease from the mold is removed before applying
primer/paint.
