PVR HDMI Out to PC HDMI In to MS Window

What hardware is there to receive PVR HDMI output so that I can display it in a separate window. Ther purpose is to use PC while watching a movie in its own sizeable moveable window.

I should have said DVR vs. PVR. such as my DirecTV DVR HDMI output. I need a HDMI input device so that I can view the input in a separate window. I would want this input to basically pass the 1080p through to the HDTV in Full Screen mode. Essentially using my 47" HDTV as a monitor while am doing email, watching a movie, and playing an internet game in another. Related ressources:
