I was recommended the ViewSonic VA2226w here on the forums. I've had it for a week and there is no way I want to go back to my 19". I have been playing TF2, CoD4, UT3 demo until I go buy it, and WoW. The picture quality is good and I have yet to see any problems with gaming.
After rebuilding my system I found a glitch with my Samsung 20" rendering it useless with newer video cards. So while I wait for a warranty repair I went and bought a 22" WS HP 2207. This thing is very sweet with fast response time. It has a gloss surface to it that makes images really stand out. I play COD4, WOW, Crysis, Bioshock anything I can load up at the native 1680 x 1050 ( I think is is) and everything runs smooth. My system is running with an Intel 8400 and an 8800GT 512 video card with all game settings on high. The monitor was 329$ at circuitcity.
Poop go big or go home, should have got a sweet 24" monster. I bought the Westinghouse 2140NM for $350 After Rebate. It's got a bunch of inputs for whatever you want. I have the xbox and PS2 hooked up. Although I must say a PS2 through composite and a widescreen LCD-non-tv were not meant to be. The xbox is so-so through component, but anything that puts out a HD signal is sweet.
