So when are we going to see an ebook with an eink (or comparable display) with two screens? Having two screens simulates a book better than one screen for sure and should be easier to hold.

Not me.
The things are bloody expensive as is...
The 9.7" 1200 x 824 grayscale Kindle costs almost $500...
I'd rather a 10" netbook, with a comparable resolution and full colour.
