I would like to purchase a Laptop with 16GB of RAM, with an operating system of Windows Xp Professional. If anybody can help please send me any resources where i can purchase or have this laptop built, Names, telephone numbers, companies etc. I am ready to purchase immediately. Thank You

You're shooting yourself in the foot.

There's no reason to have 16GB of RAM, and you certainly can't use it with crappy old XP.

What's your logic behind this purchase?

You can try office depot. But I've also never seen one with 16GB of ram.
