Quetion about Surveillance Cameras

Hello, I am trying to put together a Surveillance camera system around my house for protection and I have a question about the setup and what would i need. Im planing to use a computer to record from the cameras but I'm not sure if i need some type of recorder.
This is a list of what I'm planing on buying:

Would i need to order anything else because i saw some kits that contained some type of recorder and I'm not sure if i could just get some kinda software to record on a computer.
