You might want to try "Tactical Edge" in Winter Haven (just West of
Orlando). I think they might only be open Fridays and Saturdays,
though.

I was there last November and they had a decent selection of minis and
a very generous gaming area.

There's a fantasy place in Orlando, but I can't recall it's name right
now.

Enterprise 1701 or something like that. Just down the road from the old Naval
Training Center. They have historical boardgames and odds & ends from
historical minis, too - not a lot for historical miniatures gamers, though.

It's been 6 or 7 years now since I was down there so things may have changed.

Enterprise 1701 is called Sci-Fi City now (has been for a few years) and its
in a new location about 2 miles east on Colonial Dr just east of SR 436.
They don't have much in the way of historical miniatures but we do some
historical gaming on Saturday mornings from around 10-2. Stop by and say
hey. We're usually playing Battle Cry, Memoir 44, or something, all in
stunning 28 millivision. Tactical Edge carries a lot of historical
stuff but it's a good hour drive at least from most of Orlando..

HMGS SOUTH is putting on the HURRICON 04 convention 24-26 SEP (subject
to the facility not being carried off by real hurricanes.) The web
