Useless/excess DLL's in windows

Hi Leroy,

I would be very careful with .vbx files as these are directly associated
with Visual Basic, especially if you are running/using the program.

I do not recommend such programs because they often fail. You might
be better off when leaving these files alone. They just take hard
disk space, removing them may render your entire system useless.
